2. Extend parking
For extending parking it is necessary to send an SMS message to the four-digit number 9878 with the text:
- In case of you currently have one vehicle parked
р31*x*quantity_of_hours (example: extending for 3 hours: р31*х*3).
- In case of you currently have several vehicles parked
р31*x*quantity_of_hours*vehicle_number_with_region (example: extending for 3 hours: р31*х*3*А000АА31).
3. Остановить парковку
For early stop it is necessary to send an SMS message to the four-digit number 9878 with the text:
- In case of you currently have one vehicle parked
р31*с
- In case of you currently have several vehicles parked
р31*с*vehicle_number_with_region (example: р31*с*А000АА31)
The amount for the unused parking time is returned to your anonymous parking account and can be used to pay for the parking sessions in the future.
- In order to pay for parking using your mobile phone was successful, you need to confirm the request from your mobile operator to debit the funds.
- As soon as the first payment for parking has been made, the user automatically has a parking account.
- Funds for parking payment are debited from the mobile account and reserved on the parking account.
- Tariffication occurs per minute.

The following options should be off on your tariff: “Prohibition on advanced payment refund" and/or “Prohibition on the clients data transmission to third parties”.
For parking payment neither credits and bonuses, nor any promotional resources and discounts for MTS mobile services can be used.
MTS charges extra for each successful transaction – 10 rub.

The services are available to Tele2 private clients only, who use the advance payment system.
It is not allowed to use credit or bonus resources acquired through the service “Promised payment”, as well as any resources added through promotions, discounts for Tele2 mobile services, discounts for the starting service package given when signing the contract (purchasing the mobile service package).
