Placement of vehicles on parking bays is paid by the decision of Belgorod city administration. Placement of vehicles is free of charge for:
- Vehicles of emergency operational services (emergency medical services, fire protection, police, military motor vehicle inspection, rescue services, federal security agencies, investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation), having appropriate identification marks, coloring and inscriptions on any parking Places, except for places for parking vehicles of disabled persons, indicated by the appropriate road signs and (or) markings, where the Other vehicles are prohibited;

- Vehicles registered to one of the parents (adoptive parents) in a large family - in any parking spaces, except for places intended for parking of vehicles of disabled persons, indicated by appropriate road signs and (or) markings, where the placement of other vehicles is prohibited (the order of application process you can find at "Benefits and permits page" ).
The paid parking zones are not designed for vehicles' storage. Owners of the vehicles are responsible on their own for any risks of theft and damage caused to vehicles by third parties in the parking lots.
