Parking zones expansion

Paid parking zones located on the road network, considering the extension of paid parking project (Resolution №181 of 21 December 2015):

Belgorodskiy prospekt (from B.Khmelnitskogo prospekt to Knyaz Trubetskoi str.);

Narodnyy bulvar (from B.Khmelnitskogo prospekt to Knyaz Trubetskoi str.);

Preobrazhenskaya str. (from B.Khmelnitskogo prospekt to Knyaz Trubetskoi str.);

Slavy prospekt (from B.Khmelnitskogo prospekt to Vokzalnaya str.);

Svyato-Troitskiy bulvar (from B.Khmelnitskogo prospekt to Teatralniy proezd);

Grazhdansiy prospect (from Popova str. to Vokzalnaya str.);

Pobeda str. (from Knyaz Trubetskoi str. to Belgorodskogo Polka str.);

50 let Belgorodskoi oblasti (from Svyato-Troitskiy bulvar to Preobrazhenskaya str.);

Teatralnyy proezd (from Pobeda str. to Slavy prospekt);

Popova str. (to crossrod with Belgorodskiy prospekt);

N.Chumichova (from Grazhdanskiy prospekt to Belgorodskiy prospekt);

K.Trubetskoi str. (from Pobeda str. to Belgorodskiy prospekt);

Belgorodskogo polka str. (from Grazhdanskiy prospekt to crossroad with Slavy prospekt).

Paid parking zones are active since June 1, 2016.

Mode: from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, except public holidays.

Parking fee: 30 rubles per hour.

Time to pay for parking: 30 minutes.

Payments are checked by the means of photovideofixation.

Payment methods for on-street parking:

In the case of special circumstances, you can pay parking using the function of Post-payment of parking session after its completion to 23 hours 59 minutes of the current day from the moment you enter the parking space.

Attention! The post-payment option is available ONLY in the personal area of the Internet portal https://belparking.ru. When using this function, you control the time that your car was in paid parking.

Placement of vehicles on parking bays is paid by the decision of Belgorod city administration. Placement of vehicles is free of charge for:

Vehicles of emergency operational services (emergency medical services, fire protection, police, military motor vehicle inspection, rescue services, federal security agencies, investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation), having appropriate identification marks, coloring and inscriptions on any parking Places, except for places for parking vehicles of disabled persons, indicated by the appropriate road signs and (or) markings, where the Other vehicles are prohibited;
Vehicles of disabled or disabled's representatives with identification marks (the order of application process you can find at "Benefits and permits page" );
The vehicles of the participants of the Great Patriotic War, former underage prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of forced detention created by the fascists and their allies during the Second World War - in any parking spaces, except for parking lots for vehicles of disabled persons indicated by the corresponding road signs and (Or) marking, where the placement of other vehicles is prohibited (the order of application process you can find at "Benefits and permits page" );
Vehicles registered to one of the parents (adoptive parents) in a large family - in any parking spaces, except for places intended for parking of vehicles of disabled persons, indicated by appropriate road signs and (or) markings, where the placement of other vehicles is prohibited (the order of application process you can find at "Benefits and permits page" ).

The paid parking zones are not designed for vehicles' storage. Owners of the vehicles are responsible on their own for any risks of theft and damage caused to vehicles by third parties in the parking lots.
